SpeedPRINT Link FLOW COMPUTER

SpeedPRINT Link, an industrial custody transfer flow and inventory computer for fluids and gasses -fuels, solvents, alcohols, water, urea, and LPG gasses, among other commodities-; capable of controlling fuel dispatches and performing fleet and inventory management.

SpeedPRINT Link can be integrated with a large number of flow meters´ brands with pulse output, capable of controlling up to 2 flow meters and 4 level probes.  Additionally, SpeedPRINT Link can control and preset the dispatches using an external preset solenoid valve connected to the system.

​

All SpeedPRINT Link's operations are controlled by our app, Printlink app, available in the Play Store.  Both devices, the SpeedPRINT Link and the Android™ device, are connected via Bluetooth.

SpeedPRINT Link is available in 3 versions, which extend its functionalities:

  • SpeedPRINT Link Basic

  • SpeedPRINT Link Plus

  • SpeedPRINT Link Industrial

SpeedPRINT Link can be operated offline (stand-alone) or can be linked to the Centralized SCA Software, which can be acquired under one of these two modalities:

  • With a License for sale.

  • With a Monthly Rental License, prepaid, for each connected SpeedPRINT Lin

Allows the registry of additional information such as plate number and odo/hour meter.

  • Price settings by product.

  • Recognizes the GPS location of the dispatch and relates it to the transaction.

  • Totalices the transactions and the volume dispatched per product during the shift operation.

  • Emails transactions and sales reports, so the responsible of the operation counts with records in real time.​​

 
Saves in memory, in both, the hardware and in the software, records of:

  • Fleets.

  • Equipment.

  • Transactions.

  • Shift Closings.

Printing of Dispatch Receipts and Shift Closings, when linked via Bluetooth to our SpeedPRINTER thermal printer (sold separately).

 

Restriction in dispatches per volume per vehicle/equipment, per Printlink app (stand-alone, not centralized) per:

  • Per transaction.

  • Per day.

Authorizes the transfer pumps on and off and the opening and closing of the solenoid valves.

 
Control of Flow Meters:

  • Plus version:  1 Flow Meter.

  • Industrial version:  2 Flow Meters.

 
Tanks Inventory and Recharges by means of level sensors, such as magnetostrictive technology, among others; enabling:

  • API grade settings (Plus and Industrial versions)

  • Temperature and pressure correction (Industrial version)

  • Plus version:  Controls up to 2 level probes of up to 3mt length.

  • Industrial version:  Controls up to 4 level probes of more than 3mt length.

  • Note: The usage of magnetostrictive level probes reduce the margin of error in the inventory reading to 0’1 mm (0.001%), allowing also the segmentation of product and water as well as the measurement of levels of temperature for the volumetric control of fuel expansion.

 
When linked with the Centralized SCA Software, these are centralized:

Features:

  • Installed in any Flow Meter, counting gallons or liters with pulses output and valve.

  • Allows to preset the product dispatch/deliver, facilitating field operations. (Requires valve).

  • Ticket or proof of transaction printing system. (Requires printer)

  • Allows the configuration of restrictions on consumption per vehicle.

  • Recognition of fleet and personnel identification systems - opening and closing of working shifts.

  • Input of additional information via keyboard at the dispatch/deliver (registration number, hours, kilometers, etc). Operation that is given through the available software for mobile devices, ANDROID, WINDOWS PHONE and IOS.

  • Totalizers of number of transactions and total volume of product dispensed during its entire operation.

  • Allows the GPS location of the transaction place. (Requires mobile device with GPS).

  • Allows the configuration of an email by delivery, so the device sends an automatic email per transaction to the consumer. (Requires Email).

  • Allows to set "N" number of vehicles to identify.

  • Keeps in memory “N” records of transactions.

  • Allows to send report of all sales done to the email of the user. (Requires internet service in the mobile device).

  • Allows inventory control by means of measuring probe for storage tank inventory. (Requires probe)

  • Allows the identification of vehicles by means of iButton technology, identification rings, bar codes and proximity cards (quoted separately).
